Augusta Omelet

Step aside, Denver Omelet! The Augusta Omelet is the new champion of flavorful dining any time of day.


As needed – pan spray

3 – eggs, fresh, large, whisked

1 Tbsp – onion, yellow, small dice

1 Tbsp – bell pepper, green, small dice

2 Tbsp – ham, country style, small chop, fully cooked

2 Tbsp – Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread

1 Tbsp – green tomato relish


1. Lightly spray a non-stick omelet pan with pan spray and heat over medium-high heat.

2. Add 1 Tbsp onions, 1 Tbsp peppers, and 2 Tbsp cooked ham, then sauté approximately 30 seconds, just to lightly cook the vegetables.

3. Add whisked 3 eggs to the pan and rapidly stir with a rubber spatula to form a smooth and fully cooked omelet, with no browning of the egg.

4. Quickly and evenly top the omelet with 2 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread, then fold the omelet in half in the pan and slide on to a warmed plate.

5. Top the omelet with 1 Tbsp green tomato relish.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
