Pizza Fresca

Downtown look, hometown taste. Our Pizza Fresca is a snap to make and a treat to serve, packed with the zesty taste of Price*s Pimiento Cheese Spread for a serious flavor boost.


1 each – 7" pizza shell (flatbread style), baked/crispy

3 Tbsp. – Price*s Pimiento Cheese Spread

1/4 c – mushrooms, baby bella, sliced, sautéed/fully cooked

6 each – pan roasted cherry tomatoes (see recipe below)

1/4 c – chicken, breast, grilled & sliced thin

1 c – arugula, fresh

1 tsp. – oil, olive, extra virgin

Pan Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

as needed – oil, olive, extra virgin
6 each – tomatoes, cherry, red, small, whole

Heat a touch of olive oil in a large non-stick pan (or use a griddle) over medium-high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and quickly pan roast until blistered & soft. Reserve for service.


1. Spread 3 Tbsp. Price*s Pimiento Cheese Spread over the entire surface of a warmed 7" baked/crispy pizza shell (flatbread style).

2. Evenly top with ¼ c sautéed baby bella mushrooms, then 6 each of the reserved pan roasted cherry tomatoes (squishing each tomato as you place it on the pizza), then 1/4 c sliced grilled chicken breast.

3. As a final touch top the center of the pizza with 1 c fresh arugula, then drizzle the arugula and pizza with 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
