Southern Slam Burger

Be swept away by the Southern charm of this crispy fish “burger.” Original Pimiento enhances a tasty medley of flavors.

Ingredients:

1 – brioche burger bun, smaller size, toasted

2 Tbsp – Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread

1 (4 ounce filet) – cod, tempura battered

1/4 C – lettuce, romaine, finely shredded

1 Tbsp – green tomato relish

Method:

1. Fry a cod filet (approximately 2-3 minutes).

2. While the cod filet is frying, evenly spread 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the inside of the crown and 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the heel of a toasted brioche burger bun.

3. Place 1/4 C shredded romaine lettuce on the cheese spread heel.

4. Top with the fried cod filet, then top the cod filet with 1 Tbsp green tomato relish.

5. Place the cheese spread crown on top of the relish.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
