How to Make It
- Lightly spray a non-stick omelet pan with pan spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 Tbsp onions, 1 Tbsp peppers, and 2 Tbsp cooked ham, then sauté approximately 30 seconds, just to lightly cook the vegetables.
- Add eggs to the pan and rapidly stir with a rubber spatula to form a smooth and fully cooked omelet, with no browning of the egg.
- Quickly and evenly top the omelet with 2 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread.
- Fold the omelet in half in the pan and slide on to a warmed plate.
- Top the omelet with 1 Tbsp green tomato relish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
